We offer a fair and limited refund policy while reserving the right to protect our time, resources, intellectual property, and the safety of our team and company.

This Refund Policy complies with applicable UK consumer law and Klarna’s onboarding standards, while explicitly limiting liability and safeguarding the company and its directors from misuse, disputes, or abusive behavior.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies solely to consultancy services purchased directly from Niermaan Limited, including through our payment partners such as Klarna.

2. 14-Day Limited Refund Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • The request is made in writing within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date.

  • The services have not yet been fully delivered, substantially initiated, or strategic/intellectual work has not yet been disclosed or transmitted.

  • The refund request is reasonable, non-malicious, and made in good faith.

Refunds are discretionary, reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and not granted automatically.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

You will not be eligible for a refund under any of the following conditions:

  • Delivery of core consultancy services, including strategic sessions, documents, business plans, market reports, or tailored guidance.

  • Missed appointments or sessions without appropriate notice (less than 24 hours).

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations rather than objective service failure.

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund period.

4. Abuse, Threats, or Criminal Conduct

Zero-Tolerance Policy:
If a client engages in abusive language, threatening behavior, harassment, or actions that constitute an offense under UK or international criminal law, the following shall apply:

  • Immediate termination of the service contract without notice.

  • No refund shall be processed, regardless of delivery status.

  • A formal First Information Report (FIR) or police complaint may be filed against the individual or entity responsible.

  • All relevant communication and evidence will be preserved and shared with the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

This includes but is not limited to: threats to staff, attempts at fraud or extortion, defamatory communication, cyber abuse, and any form of intimidation.

5. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing our services, the client agrees and acknowledges:

  • Niermaan Limited, including its directors and officers, shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

  • All services are provided “as is” and are based on the information provided by the client.

  • The company’s total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

  • Refund decisions are made solely by Niermaan Limited and are final.

6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, email support@niermaan.co.uk with:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Transaction ID or receipt

  • Date of purchase

  • Clear reason for the refund request

We will acknowledge and respond to all valid refund requests within 5 working days. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method, including Klarna where applicable.

7. Klarna Payments

If payment was made using Klarna, any approved refund will be issued through Klarna, and will follow Klarna's internal procedures and timelines. Niermaan Limited holds no responsibility for Klarna’s delays or decisions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Clients agree to resolve any service-related disputes through direct communication with Niermaan Limited in good faith before initiating chargebacks, third-party disputes, or legal action. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
